I'd like to first state that I completely understand supply and demand, however that does not mean it's okay to take complete advantage of people in their time of need. The person that arrived to fix our AC had no manners, just waltzed in our home as if it were his own. Took less than half an hour to fix our Ac. All that it needed was to replace some little thing; all this for a grand total of $724, on a Monday. If I had chosen to fix it on a Sunday it would have been an extra $200 dollars for the same type of service. Unfortunately I had no other option but this company. I tried to call others, but no one had answered and it was 103 and desperately needed AC. Like I've said, I understand supply and demand but that was an outrageous amount for less than half an hour of service and poor manners.
Dave helped schedule my appointment which I was so happy was the day after I called. It’s been HOT. Service tech Brandon was great. Our capacitor went out during a bad heatwave and he diagnosed and fixed it quickly. One of the people answering the phones seemed stressed and annoyed at the fact that she had to answer the phones (I don’t want to post her name). Maybe she was having a bad day. I was trying to be really nice and respectful but she was having none of it.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. My 30 year old AC unit died on Sunday . These guys were at my house within an hour to diagnose the problem. By Tuesday I had a new AC unit and furnace. Everyone in this company was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you All Hours Air for your excellent help.

Jacob, the technician, arrived a couple minutes early, called to make sure I was ready and was extremely courteous. He went to work promptly and even offered to change my filters. He wore shoe covers when he was inside and showed respect for my property. When he was finished with the service, he took the time to explain in detail what he had completed! 10 out of 10 !! Highly recommended!!

Chase came out and did a very thorough inspection of my plumbing, he gave me advice and tips that will be valuable in the future. Then he completed the required repairs in a timely fashion and even swept up after himself when he was done. Overall very good service.

We had a great experience with this company! Our AC was out for around a week and they came and changed our whole unit in one day! We are very satisfied and happy that we don’t have to stay in 90 degree weather! Thank you for your great service! Both young technicians Kyle and Kevin are awesome ?

I came back from being away on business to find that the air coming out of my A/C unit was not very cold and not able to cool the house down with these hot days. I called them on a Friday morning and despite them being booked up they had a cancellation and were able to squeeze me in. The tech arrived earlier than estimated. He evaluated my system and discovered that the refrigerant was at about 40% capacity and since I have a 20+ year old system that still uses the old R22 freon that was banned a number of years ago, I didn't have a lot of options, but I decided to go with a new A/C.
They had a crew of 3 here the following Monday morning to install it. The installers were on time, professional, courteous, and did very nice work.
They didn't make a big mess, they cleaned up everything when they were done and even hauled away the old unit. I would definitely recommend giving these guys a call for your next emergency.

All Hours Air does a great job maintaining my home appliances. I had a new compressor installed today. The installers were very professional and did a great job. I am very happy with the new unit and I am confident it will be well maintained by All Hours Air for years to come.
