First, the professionalism from the initial call to the estimator to the installers - the service was second to none. Rich, the estimator, prepared a fair quote for the services being provided; Todd, the Supervisor, communicated with us every step of the way, but the genuine surprise was the professionalism and quality of service supplied by Bryce and James. Several contractors have not truly cared about providing top-notch service to a one-off home build. But, it's clear Alcal cares about customers regardless of job size. Excellent work by Arturo and Jose! I just can't say enough about the quality of their workmanship. They blew in insulation in my garage ceiling since our house didn't have any. You can tell they've done this a few times :) Highly satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future if need be. Also kudos to estimator Dave Sandunsky for great customer service.
