Cross-fire presented with $30,000 proposal. At first, Chris said I will have no other choice but using Cross-fire because they are the vendor of the entire building. I asked him if I can get any discount due to tight budget, he said no. He said he cannot control my budget. I said "If I really need a fire alarm system in my space, I was told the price should be around half of it" He said "Then go work with the person."
I did more research, and found more ethical vendors & engineers, and multiple experts informed me that my space does NOT need a fire alarm system, because my space does not meet the requirement.
A Company full of Scam Artists

Andy, the owner of the owner of cross country fire & security is the biggest scam artist and crook. He will scare you into believing that you need this devise or service, which in reality it’s not even required. He will also try to do the job without a permit which you will probably not even know, and when he gets caught you will pay big, even though it’s his fault. Andy will make you believe that the city is now requiring to do this test or that test and it ends up costing thousands. So the deal you thought was to good to be true believe me, it is

i was appalled to learn that I could have purchased the fire alarm system for less than $50 each. I have three units that are not working and need to be replaced since the life of each unit is 10 years. Will you please help me. I will have spent over $7000 for the system. Can't believe I was so gullible to make such a costly purchase but I was suffering from the loss of my husband of 56 years.

A level of professionalism that is unmatched by other companies, they are truly a cut above the rest to be blunt . I do not work for them or ever have , and I am not a customer of them . I’ve dealt with them several times and everyone I deal with is very knowledgeable and very experienced.
