Thank you to Joe and his team! My family went through a tragic time, when we lost our house to a fire. We received the best care and attention throughout the difficult process. They made everything so much easier, and gave us genuine comfort. Joe even checks up on us now that we are back in our home. Joe not only cares, but he has become a close friend. I never imagined my family and I would feel as little stress as we did, during the most stressful moments of disaster. Thank you Joe!
Joe is extremely well versed in insurance claims. I had a CAR CRASH into my storefront business that caused immediate closure and loss of income. While the insurance may act like they are helping you I learned there is ALWAYS room for negotiation. Joe got me an additional 20k for my property loss claim and was able to pressure the insurance company to act as quickly as possible.

Thanks to Joe. He helped me to rebuild my house when it was destroyed by burst pipes. Joe fought long time with my insurance company to get enough coverage to rebuild my house.

When my parent's house flooded the first person I knew I had to call was Joe and he did not disappoint. Joe went above and beyond to ensure he not only made us whole on our losses and more, but also got us the best team to come in and help us clean up the mess. I met Joe when an unfortunate, unexpected incident occurred at my property and I had to put in an insurance claim for the first time. I was panicking and had no idea how to navigate the system. Joe called me instantly after I sent an inquiry email, reassured me, and worked around my inflexible work hours to schedule a free consultation at my place after work hours that same day.
Joe was extremely dependable, responsive, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He saved me a lot of stress, time, and energy. He helped me put in the claim, met with the insurance adjuster, and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. He wasted no time, and went above and beyond to obtain all appropriate paperwork: from what the insurance needed, to legal statements from the insurance company protecting me from any liability claims against me for the damage. He remained easily reachable all hours of the day. Joe even went out of his way to deliver the check to me so I could have it ASAP. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.
