Promised to dispatch a technician within hours of receiving a call. The scheduling agent was quite helpful in helping us plan ahead and keep costs to a minimum. They arrived, immediately repaired the garage door mechanisms, fitted a new opener, and cleaned up their mess. I'll probably utilize these shortly on my other garage door.
Came to repair our rollup, but at the same time took care of an issue with our overhead door. Now this is PROS!! I am lucky and happy I found D&D Rolling Gates. End of the day and the rolling gate is not closing and starting to fall from the tracks. What now? Called the number I had for a gate repair company in Corona I used in the past, the line is dead.
Google search revealed D&D Rolling Gates with many 5 stars reviews. I need to test that. After one ring Thomas took my call and said he will be at our shop in the next hour!! WOW.
2 Techs. Tall ladder, and a tool box. They did what they did, changed the chain that was holding the motors sprocket, and asked me to try the gate. I was amazed. Not even a second attempt.
I saved their number, and I am here writing to you to let you know that D&D Rolling Gates is a vendor you want to have on your list. They can save you when nobody else can.

This is not a fake review, I am not a family member or loved one. Just a happy customer. Unaware I broke a spring on the rolling gate called D&D Rolling Gates. I was hoping to get my name on the machine early in hopes of getting a response today. To my surprise someone answered at 7AM. He was nice and asked some general questions then gave me a time slot between 10-12 TODAY. Then I get a call from the office saying the tech would be on sight in 20 min earlier than expected. The young man Miguel was awesome. Kind, respectful and honest what else can you ask for? He quickly pointed out the issue and gave me a quote. After saying yes he was on it! I am a first time user and could not be happier with D&D Rolling Gates! Will call for all my rolling gate needs. Thank you to Miguel and the D&D Rolling Gates for making my day better.

great business. They swiftly restored my gate and gave me advice on safety measures. The technician did an excellent job of correcting and explaining everything and was prompt, professional, and efficient.
The owner at the office took the time to explain what was required and gave graphics to show how it was being done. I would strongly advise.
