This is our new garbage hauler in Paterson NJ. Today they completely missed our trash pick up in the Hillcrest area. Last week they picked up select addresses on Ryerson Avenue and left the rest. We had to complain to the city to have them come back. I always put my can out with a cover, they came by uncovered it and left the trash, ???. On other days they come down the street screaming and yelling at 4:30 or 5:00 in the morning. One morning they threw their personal breakfast and coffee garbage in my can allowing the coffee to pour out before dumping out the can forcing me to wash my can out. Warm/hot weather is upon us. This kind of service will potentially attract rodents and is potentially a health hazard.
Excellent reliable carting service. Our account manager James has been great to work with, anything I need I just call or text and he takes care of it immediately.

Working with Jim has been an awesome experience. He provides excellent service and follows up on any questions I have immediately and really cares about a smooth operation. He visits the office every few weeks to make sure we are happy and there are no issues. We are so pleased that Jim is there for us. I highly recommend talking to him about your needs. You won’t be sorry!

Our company has worked with a number of different carting services over the years. At my storefront, I've found Filco to provide the best experience yet. Very prompt and helpful service from their reps, and they've gone the extra mile several times. I highly recommend Filco!

I learned about Filco Carting from an ad on 1010WINS radio. I needed to clean out my mother's garage before the winter set in and I called FIlco to get information. Liz was a great help, clearly explained all my options for the best dumpster size for my needs and I chose the 10 yard dumpster. Filco was the best carting company I spoke with. Liz was very courteous, patient and thorough.
Since my mother lives in an attached house in Queens, the dumpster had to go in an easement behind the house. I made arrangements for a 2pm drop off on November 6, 2020 and the driver was on time and he expertly guided the truck and the dumpster through the easement with no problem whatsoever. The driver was excellent! The dumpster was the perfect size for the job and I was able to clean everything out over the weekend. The driver came back 6am on Monday (11/09/20) morning and was able to take the dumpster with no problem!
Filco Carting was very professional, prices were very good, clean dumpster and I was able to take care of that project with much ease. I highly recommend Filco Carting and plan to use them again for the bigger job of my mother's basement. A+!
