The worst they say they will come one day and don't show up they don't even call you to reschedule they just don't show up and wait for you to call them. They still charge you tho smh. I've been waiting weeks for a pickup they said they would come and then didn't show up and now I've been trying to reach anyone at the offices and no answer since 830am it's 10am I called 4 different numbers and no answer. If you want someone reliable go somewhere else.
Guma provided outstanding service! Always on time and always available for servoce calls.

Construction of our new store has been anything but easy. Always seems like there was another curveball. The one positive that we have had thorughout is dealing with GUMA for our carting / cleanup. I dont think they could have made it any easier / simpler of a process. Rahel in their office is a gem - She was accomodating, always came through when she said she would and consistently reassuring. We have been doing this for a long time - Very seldomly have we come across such a well run company. Trust us - there is NO ONE else you shold be using!!

Guma has been great on times, delivery and correspondence - they have an amazing team to be at your side with whatever the job, especially the head rep Rahel she was terrific, responsible and effective in whatever the need - highly recommend

I have had the pleasure of using containers from GUMA for my bosses and our company and the staff is ALWAYS, helpful and polite!!! If you’re in need of containers then look no further than GUMA and you will definitely continue with them!! I would highly recommend them to other businesses, family and friends!!!!! Also Raquel is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!
