I usually go with the big names, but this time thought I'd try a local place and maybe be a bigger fish in a smaller pond. Got a 45' aerial boom. Just like other reviewers reported, the machine died within 5 minutes of turning it on. Called service repeatedly and the best they could do it get a tech out there in a couple of days. Paid for a full weekend, ended up with one usable work day and messed up schedule. Machine was very old and beat up. When it worked, joints and controls were very sloppy which is OK for most machines but not so OK when you are the load hanging off the jerking end of the arm 5 floors up.
I tried out a few rental shops around here and this one really stood out for me. Their customer service is very friendly and their pricing is reasonable. I definitely suggest checking them out when you're shopping around.

I tried out this tool rental service for a DIY project recently and I was really impressed by how professional they were. The team helped me in selecting the perfect equipment for what I needed. Its definitely going to be my choice for rentals on future projects!

I tried out this service a few times for machinery rental and they have been really impressive for a small shop. Their range of equipment is top notch. Everything was well maintained. The staff was friendly. Made the whole renting process a breeze. They were accommodating with the rental returns too. Always delivered on time. I definitely suggest them for any construction job.
