This business deserves every 5 star review it gets. A plumbing mishap in my unit resulted in tiles needing to be replaced. While I had extra tiles, I didn't have the grout and wasn't sure of the color. Joe at Classic to the rescue. He patiently looked up my account information and found my order. This kind of service is almost unheard of these days. My tiles from 4 years ago continue to look great too. Skip the online ordering and go to this wonderful store.

If you look on their website and ask to see the tile(s) in person, they know exactly where everything is. They suggest more affordable tiles to match your budget. I live in Virginia and found some vintage style bathroom tiles online at this store for my 1960's townhome. Although they were also sold at Home Depot, I prefer supporting local businesses, even from out of state. I ordered them over the phone, and even with shipping the cost was way cheaper than Home Depot. Customer service was fabulous and the tiles were shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition, with not even one broken! The tile was easy to install and looks beautiful. I will definitely order from this store again for future home projects.
