Scheduled a day over the phone for someone to come and view my property for a quote. Was told they will call the next day to confirm. I didnt get a confirmation or the scheduled visit. Customer service is #1. Got a call back a few days later from the company asking if I'm still interested. No longer interested in doing business with this company, but I do wish them the best.

I chose Forrest Fence Company after I was unable to find a company willing to go through the groundfloor of my brownstone. I made an appointment with Forrester, and a representative was at my door at the next day. He gave me a time line, he was accurate as it began a day before and finished a day early. The crew was fantastic! They were able to find agreeable solutions when we hit obstacles, and they were friendly and professional.
