Customer service at it’s best!!!
Clean environment and the gentlemen are very knowledgeable. I went in early this morning…stressed, looking for a pipe to rectify the salon sink. They did not have the exact pipe, however, I left with a piece of pipe that the plumber could customize……FREE!!
Sometimes, it’s not about the money, but ensuring your customers are happy. I didn’t get his name, but thanks to him, I left happy, knowing one less stressed situation came off the list. Thank you again Sir.
Only place around that had the flamible gas sensor I needed to fix a hot water heater. Quick and easy!

They are a major ripoff they tried to sell me a rebuild kit for a central showerbody for $139.27. These are common parts and are widely available at any plumbing supply or major big box store for under $40. Maybe the owner has to pay very high rent and that's how he justifies charging twice as much as any place else

I called in today to pay for an order by phone. My guys were in the store and had already picked out everything they needed. I was told by the clerk that there would be a $10 charge for paying by phone. I asked her why and she kept putting me on hold to find out. I told her it felt like I was being scammed into paying extra for no good reason because paying by phone wasn't uncommon.
Tough guy owner/manager who doesn't introduce himself gets on the phone and explains that they're not scamming anyone, and that there have been fraudulent credit card purchases before and they charge the $10 as a deterrent (HOW exactly does it deter?). He then suggests we remain friends and he declines to proceed with the purchase.
Get out of your personal feelings and realize that you're running a business here. There are more efficient ways of avoiding fraudulent charges. You don't charge customers for giving you business. You implement a system (email, fax a cc auth form with a copy of your picture ID) and you stick to it.

These guys are great - knowledgeable, understanding and creative for the homeowner who's no expert. Have given me discounts just for showing up. Always stocked and super friendly atmosphere. I'm in the middle of a project and end up at Lowes 5x/week...and I just wish there were nearby stores like Aqua for all the other stuff.
