Getting move fright is normal in NYC especially being in a fast paced city where people bump from apartment to apartment. For me, I rarely vacate and leave my comfort zone - so moving itself can be terrifying. I needed to look for a local moving company in the tri-state area. Saw Born To Move NY's favorable reviews with such extensive positive experiences and I knew I made the right choice. Worked with Afa, Jenya, and Vlad and they are the most courteous and professional movers I've worked with by far. They were extremely mindful about all of my stuff, made sure to respect the old home and new home destination without any damages, and were very upfront about how to protect each piece of my furniture. Even with the heavy items, these 3 guys powered through like such professionals as there was some items that can require a big group to handle. They also made the experience fun and lighthearted as moving can be tense too with all the running around to ensure everything is done. And these fellas deserve lots of credit because they helped transport a lot of stuff my family and I hoarded over the years. Professional, lighthearted, very detail oriented, and powers through any moving jobs given to them. Huge shoutout to Afa, Jenya, and Vlad and to Born to Move NY. They won't disappoint you for sure if you're looking to move in the tri-state area.

On the day of the move Alex was very communicative and let me know his ETA which was within the 2 hour window scheduled.
