I cannot recommend Cool Hand Movers enough. The crew was efficient, professional, not to mention exceptionally calm and kind, and pleasant to work with, making what could have been a stressful move as stress-free and smooth as possible. Pricing and communication was clear, and overall excellent service. Best movers I've worked with, after many moves in NYC over the years.
We were so pleased with the service Cool Hand Movers provided us, including the bins and packing materials we ordered before our move. The moving team was incredibly professional, thorough and communicative. They even allowed us a few extra boxes when we had some things that didn't fit in the bins! I really appreciate their hard work and highly recommend them to anyone who is hoping to have a less stressful move experience.

I'm a highly anxious person and the idea of having to move items and coordinate an intra-building mover made that 10x worse. Cool Hands and the team they sent over alleviated that. They were so fantastic. They arrived early, but not in a problematic way. The movers that were onsite were very personable and asked questions as they were moving so they could make sure everything was done correctly. This is a great and affordable option!

Cool hand movers was exceptional!! They showed up right on time and were very efficient without sacrificing care. The team was incredibly friendly and treated all our belongings with respect. They even check in with us about where we wanted different boxes put in our new place and beds in our rooms. Couldn’t recommend them enough (:

We’ve used Cool Hand twice and will use them again in the future. They treated all our items with care—and made sure to pack our art beyond what we had done ourselves to make sure it was safe. They were on time, easy to coordinate with, and efficient. 10/10 would recommend.

Cool Hand Movers absolutely crushed my move. I hired them to unload a 15 foot truck and they were able to accomplish it in the scheduled 2 hours. They were all super nice, and courteous. Most importantly they handled everything with care specifically a 50 year old piece of furniture that weighs 200 lbs, that was my grandfathers and has literally been shipped across the world. I can not recommend them enough.

I had never moved between apartments before in NYC and was very anxious about trying to find a company to manage the move for me that was not only professional but within budget - Cool Hand Movers absolutely exceeded my expectations and put all my anxieties at ease. They were quick to respond, thorough in the details provided and had an exceptional level of service. The cost breakdown was very reasonable and there were no hidden/surprise fees later on!
Prior to the move they were very easy to communicate with via email. I used their packing bins as well which made packing for the move so much easier. On the day of the move, the team was on time & so friendly. They were very efficient, took careful measure to keep all of my belongings protected and overall just made the day very low-stress which is all anyone can ask for during a move! I don't think anyone likes moving in this city, but when the time comes to move again, Cool Hand Movers will be the people I go to!
