Luca and Rafael were highly knowledgeable and helpful in helping us set up our new office. They went above and beyond with everything we asked them for. Our experience was so good that we asked Luca to fly out of state to help us with another office project. I would be happy to work with them again.

Wow! If every vendor could be like NYC Intercom and Security Solutions! From the minute I called Luca till the project was complete service was great. I am a new building board member. We wanted to switch over our security and intercom system from our sponsors. I lacked any knowledge of how to go about doing this. But just explaining to Luca what we wanted - he was able to understand and help us “gain control” of our security systems. Aside from completing the project, our Verizon wire were completely dis-organized; the ti d them up and organized them for us. I would highly recommend this company. And bonus they are fair priced also! Way to go Luca and team!

NYC Intercom is an excellent company to work with. Luca is highly experienced with the latest and greatest products. In our case, he helped us specify, order and install the Comelit VIP system for our 3 family building. Throughout the process Luca answered many questions based on his prior knowledge and he was very responsive to follow up with the manufacturer on nuanced inquiries. I’m somewhat technical and I never felt like I was getting vague answers. The installation had to be done in segments because we were coordinating with other trades. He was very accommodating which we really appreciated. The installation was done neatly by his crew. At the end, he did a walkthrough explaining all the features and how to make basic access control changes. It was a pleasure working with this professional company.

I highly recommend services via NYC Intercom & Security. Luca is an exceptional and skilled technician. He went above and beyond and scheduled a Saturday appointment for us. His communication, follow through, and patience in carefully explaining what needs to be done as well as outline of complete cost exceeds expectations. He was able to troubleshoot quickly and completed the work beautifully (cost was extremely fair). If you want work done well the first time he is your guy! Luca's professionalism is unparalleled, honestly can't say enough about the high quality of his work.
