This must be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They won’t call you unless you call them and it takes months to arrange repairs and parts…. All while you’ve already made partial payment and they’re sitting with your money. Seriously… not worth the trouble.
Customer service was appalling.
They told me someone would call that afternoon.
No one called.
They then told me to call at 8AM.
I called and called.
No one even picked up until 9AM.
They had me waste time taking photos, and promised
to get back quickly with an estimate.
Never got back to me.
Unprofessional is the understatement.

Convinced to install Marvin over Pella. Super long wait (COVID, no problem)
However, read the contract very carefully if you are going to use them for installation. Very cheap installation with cheap molding. Tried to call for help on correcting (willing to pay), no response.
Also, one window was installed incorrectly (1" molding on one side and 3" on other side). Wish I had gone with Pella and Pella installers.
Had painter and 2 contractors tell me this was a sloppy job. And they are not the cheapest by a mile!

I want to second other positive reviews. Bay Ridge Window & Door did a great job installing 7 new windows for me in the dead of winter. Every person I dealt with was knowledgeable, inquiries were responded to promptly, and they did a great of matching the stain on the new windows with the interior surrounding moulding. I had my doubts when installation day came and it was driving rain. The team arrived on time, covered floors and furniture, proceeded with the work, and undaunted by the conditions, did a terrific job. I will return to them to replace my remaining windows.

Nicest and most pleasant customer service in the window industry. After shopping around Luis, MaryAnn, and all the installers were VERY RESPECTFUL, KIND and Patient and Professional. They installed on time, cleaned up and the windows were installed with precision. I was very blessed to have found Bay Ridge Windows and Doors. I will be purchasing and having them install my door next.
