We had a terrible experience with them: before the purchase they made everything easy and under control, after they took the order, the difficulties started. We bought about 10 GLAM PRO enamel white doors and several were wrongly cut and had to be taken away. We asked if we could use handles of our choice, and we were told we could. Only after the purchase we were told that we had to buy the expensive magnet lock to go with the handles. We ordered a fire -rated door, and when a totally different door arrived, we were told that our architect was wrong, that specific door did not need to be fire-rated (but they took the extra money...). They denied any refund on the wrong items. The only way to have our money back was via AmEx, those guys completely stonewalled us, pretending not to receive messages. After their enquires, AmEx supported our claims and issued a refund. Now, after less than a year, several of the doors are peeling off.
Update 01/01/2023: Over the first year, the doors started to show very clear signs of ageing. The last two pictures show edges that are detaching from the door sides and consequently getting scraped by the door frame.

Let me rephrase what you wrote:
1) Amex held you responsible, you stopped accepting Amex
2) You are happy that your top-of-the-line product is falling apart after 1 year.
I am not surprised that you conduct your business like this, I am amazed that you put it in writing for your potential customers to read it.
I would definitely recommend Brooklyn Doors Inc.We dealt with David and the experience was great. He gave us a good price and the product is so gorgeous it speaks for itself.David helped us a lot in choosing the right door for our home.I don't have 1 complaints about Brooklyn Doors.We are very happy customers.

I had no idea how doors could upgrade your house and make a budget renovation look very upscale until I bought these doors from Brooklyn Doors. They have a large inventory of beautiful quality doors , and their attentive staff work hard to get me the best door at the best price for my project. They’re simply the best and I highly recommends them.

We got the doors installed last week. The doors are absolutely beautiful and great quality. The Skebainc company that installed them are very professional. They even installed our patio door . Couldn’t be happier with the purchase and installation. Highly recommend :)

We purchased an entrance door for our house and everything was perfect in all categories - showroom having all options, easy ordering, delivery and installation scheduling, and the most professional and accurate installation team.
The whole process was smooth and communication was excellent in every step.

I purchased a set of interior french doors, set of french patio doors and 2 exterior doors/ 3 separate orders over a course of 2 years. Quality supercedes Anderson doors and price blows competition out of water.

I cannot say enough positive things about the service I received at Brooklyn Doors! From the first moment I walked in Zulfia was very patient and able to clearly explain the doors and handles and everything else about doors to me. She always answered my emails and calls in a *very* timely manner! Whenever I spoke to someone else on the floor, they too were very patient and knowledgeable.
The doors I picked ended up arriving a week earlier than she had estimated! I was so excited, she also was very flexible with the delivery and worked with my contractor. I would recommend Brooklyn Doors 100%! Thanks

Very disappointed with this company and the quality of their doors. When you pay close to $1000 for a door you don't expect it to fall apart within months of hanging it.
I do not recommend.

My boyfriend bought all his interior doors for his home renovation and they are great doors, everyone compliments him. And got a great deal on his exterior door! High quality, great selections, helpful staff. A+ Worth the trip to Coney Island! Thank you Brooklyn Doors.
