Doing a full home gut renovation in Washington, DC, was one of the hardest things my wife and I have ever done. The trades-people we worked with were almost all HORRIFIC to work with. Ikon Windows was one of the rare exceptions. In fact, they were wonderful!!
Their staff spent a ton of time working with us to get our order just right. They sent us proposal after proposal making sure all the measurements and customization choices were exactly what we wanted. They took multiple trips from their headquarters in New York City down to Washington (4+ hour drive) to meet with us personally through out the process to make sure our contractors knew how to install the windows and doors, to check issues, and to fix some minor things along the way.
They are a family owned company and it was clear to us that they care about each other and work hard to make sure their customers are happy with their product and final result. One of the basement doors we ordered didn't meet the local code requirements. This wasn't really something Ikon did wrong, there was just a misunderstanding between both of us. Still, Ikon refunded us the cost of that door without question.
Wait, I didn't even mention the actual windows and doors yet! They are incredible. We went with European tilt and turn windows. We also got a beautiful front door that feels so substantial I love opening and closing it. We also had two types of sliding glass doors at the back of the house that are also beautiful and a joy to operate. We also had two basement doors installed. We went with black on all the exteriors and white on the interiors. They are lovely and the house feels so comfortable in all seasons. The windows are a breeze to operate and when the windows shut, the noise of the street cuts off immediately.
I whole hardheartedly recommend IKON Windows to anyone looking to have doors and windows upgraded. I promise you will not be disappointed.
I recently had the pleasure of working with IKON to replace all the windows in my home, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From start to finish, every aspect of their service was impeccable.
Firstly, the consultation process was thorough and informative. The representative took the time to assess my needs and preferences, offering valuable insights and suggestions that ultimately led to a perfect selection of windows for my home. They patiently answered all my questions, demonstrating deep knowledge and expertise in their field.
The delivery team was equally impressive. They arrived promptly and worked diligently to complete the delivery within the estimated timeframe.
The quality of the windows themselves is outstanding. I can already feel the difference in my home's insulation and energy efficiency. The windows are not only functional but also beautifully enhance the aesthetic appeal of both the interior and exterior of my house.
Lastly, the customer service provided by the entire IKON team was exceptional. They were responsive and proactive in addressing any concerns I had, ensuring that I was completely satisfied with the end result.
Overall, I am beyond pleased with my experience with IKON. They have set a benchmark for excellence in both product quality and customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their windows.

Here at DEMO Architects, when we work on a new project, we always go to Ikon first to provide excellent windows at an honest price. Adrian and his team stand by their product and help throughout the process, from ordering to delivery to installation.
We have completed several projects together: historic renovations, new constructions, and Passive House. Ikon's windows look great and have outstanding performances.

We ordered 15 windows/doors from Ikon for my townhouse renovation, and we were so impressed by the quality of the products. These are very efficient and sturdy European windows/doors, and most importantly they are very good looking. Adrian and the team were always so responsive and helpful, and I really enjoyed working with the team. Everyone visited my home saw the wow factors from these windows/doors. They turn the dark living space into bright and welcome rooms. Adrian has the best European windows/doors and the most professional team.

Excellent quality windows. Great service. I have redone an entire home in Brooklyn and had to get new windows. some were a replacement of old windows which landmark forced us to have certain way and some were new ones that had complicated mechanics (curtain glass wall). So we were able to see Ikon's ability to deliver on diverse typologies of windows. The team came on site multiple times to measure and discuss with the team (architect, GC etc) and took great care to make sure everyone is on the same page. Additionally, the Owner made sure his team were there for delivery, and followed up on every step.
I highly recommend working with Ikon.

I needed some great performing windows at a competitive budget. I contacted Ikon and was presented with several options tailored to my demands, in a reasonable amount of time. After extensive meetings and thorough reviews on site, we placed the order. Ikon team is very attentive and accommodated all my requests. They are the window experts!

As a General Contractor I work with many different suppliers on various types of projects. I've recently worked on a few projects with Ikon Windows and there was a notable difference in service and professionalism. Everything with regards to the window delivery ran smoothly, there was constant communication and scheduling was made so much easier because of it. During installation they were easily accessible for questions and even sent out a tech to help with adjustments the first time we dealt with the windows. All in all, definitely a 5 star company both in quality of product and quality of servcie!

I was extremely satisfied with IKON's product, team and service.
The windows speaks for themselves. Visiting the showroom the IKON hardware was robust and highly functional. The finish is sleek, architectural, minimal but without compromising efficiency. The cost was very appealing. Upon installation the window selection we chose made a huge difference in my home temperature and noise reduction. I couldn't be happier.
I was highly satisfied with the work of the Ikon team. If you've ever done construction projects in the NYC area you'll know this is a huge issue. Quite literally 9 out 10 contractor are horrible. IKON rose above and beyond every step of the way. They were responsive, diligent, professional and executed the project with the utmost craftsmanship from start to finish. Their installers are top notch. I consider myself a highly informed consumer with regards to the building trades. IKON gave me complete piece of mind when it came to installation.
Lastly, when there were minor issues, the team responded IMMEDIATELY to help resolve. At no point did I feel abandoned after completion. These guys guarantee their work and continue to resolve issues until you are 100% satisfied.

We hired Ikon to replace all the windows and glass doors in our apartment. The process of designing and choosing the windows was very smooth, and when the product arrived we were impressed with the quality, especially since Ikon’s price was lower than other bids we received. Now our windows are far less drafty and noisy and more energy efficient. There were hiccups on the way as there always are with construction projects, some of which were related to the installer and not Ikon (the supplier) but we were very happy with Adrian and Sebastian’s responsiveness and commitment to correcting things and finding solutions. I have had a lot of frustrating experiences with contractors but glad to say that for this project, I feel we made the right choice.
