The porta potty rentals were great. Although we were not there to witness the men arriving, the men set up our containers exactly as requested. Joseph Shaw, the supervisor, was there to inspect everything and ensure that it went as planned. The crew arrived on time, clean and neat.
I have deleted my negative review because the issue has been resolved.

Had extremely high hopes, as all conversations with individuals were great, but our tent came late which delayed our set up extremely, they brought the incorrect tent size but said they could “make it work” so we don’t even know if we got the right tent, brought the incorrect chairs and had to come back the next day making our overall drop off even later. We paid extra to add a heater and when we went to run it it was leaking propane, our other vendors refused to proceed working until it was resolved. When we called big top they said they would come out to fix it, we waited three hours without them showing, even though we tried repeatedly to reach them. Ended up having to fill and use a friends propane but then still had trouble getting the heat to even run. Meanwhile throughout all of this our guests were cold and vendors were delayed and big top still had not shown up and then the heater wouldn’t work. Big top is supposed to have a great reputation so I anticipated a flawless experience for my wedding, but they caused so much issue and distress, and then put the blame all back on us. Would definitely not recommend for your wedding.

Big Top Portable Toilets were used by our wedding party to rent a porta potty at a ranch. Everyone commented on how beautiful the bathrooms were. They kept in touch with me all the way through the planning process. They will be my first choice for any future events.

My company hired a porta potty to help cover an important corporate event. It was a great service. Excellent service. The staff was accommodating and flexible. The survey was completed and sent out to all participants. All guests gave rave reviews about the bathrooms! It was amazing to read the rave reviews about the bathrooms. Their customer service was exceptional and they were amazing. They were wonderful and we would definitely recommend them.

Porta Potty Rentals made the process of having an Austin wedding outside simple. We were very grateful for such helpful employees. Their goods were delivered on time and they were clean. Highly recommended.
