I had the chance (and sincere pleasure) to sit down with Maggie at Abishai Designs for a Consultation and let me tell you, this woman knows her stuff!
Kind and passionate, Maggie goes above and beyond to ensure that she delivers the highest possible service to her clients. Across the board, her hard work has helped many Home owners sell their Homes for higher prices and in quicker time frames; that means they have more spending money in their pockets and get to move on quicker with their lives without the stressful headache(s) of having to fight with Buyers who present low-ball offers to their Homes.
I cannot stress this enough, Abishai Designs is a smart investment in your own future in more ways than one. I was lucky enough to meet her and have her work her magic to make my life 1000% less stressful.
I will continue to recommend Abishai Designs to my Friends and Family and if you are serious about selling your Home, you should seriously consider doing the same.
Abishai Design was a referral from our second realtor. We had listed our home with our first realtor for 6 months and received a couple of lowball offers. When we hired our second realtor, he suggested we stage the apartment without a price reduction. My husband and I were a little hesitant at first but since we didn't have any luck the first time we decided to try Maggie's staging company.
I can't stress enough what a difference her staging made. Maggie really knows her craft. From the moment she came in to our apartment I felt at ease. During our initial meeting, I learned that her last staged apartment went into contract in a short period of time and I joked that we needed her to do the same for ours. Her suggestions about paint and design were spot on. She went above and beyond to get the job done in a timely manner. She worked with various departments and personalities in our coop to move things along. She transformed what I now realize was a drab apartment into a gorgeous modern one that went into contract in less than one month!

On 12/29/18, Ms. Maggie Abishai came to me house to assess what needed to be done. In just about 40 minutes, Ms. Abishai left. she came back in three days & with the decor she had come with I could tell she knew what she was about to do.
In one day, my bedroom was transformed into a castle of peace. The colors, the linen, the soft furnishings, the lighting, and the pictures made the whole place look and feel like a haven of peace.
I would recommend that everyone reading this arrange for everyone reading this arrange for a visit with Maggie to talk about how you, too, can convert your home into a haven of peace. Everyone deserves a piece of haven after a long day’s work.

I found Abishai Designs through a referral and I couldn't be happier! The communication and work was prompt, professional, and treated with care. The end result really had a wow factor! I definitely am going to be working with Maggie in the near future. Thank you for so much , Maggie!
