Sam did a great job handling settling my property damage claim. He was professional and extremely diligent when assessing all the damage throughout my home. Had no idea that I can hire a public adjuster to run my claim for me. Greatly recommend Sam and his team.
We suffered a total loss due to a house fire. It is a long and difficult process we are still going through. Sam has been there every step of the way. Sam is an aggressive and skilled fighter who knows how to handle difficult situations.

I usually don’t write reviews but this is the few times that I had to write one. Not long ago I had an unexpected major issue with a filter system that was installed in my kitchen and apparently it had a faulty pipe. Due to that faulty pipe my main floor and the basement were flooded beyond belief. Ceilings collapsed walls damaged, water literally everywhere. I was beyond scared and overwhelmed with what I need to do to get my home repaired and find the right people to help me. That’s where Sam, God bless him, came into the picture through a recommendation of someone. He arrived within 20 minutes of me calling him! He assessed the situation and the next day immediately had a mitigation team there taking care of the situation. Sam explained step by step what will happen what to expect and put my mind at ease. This is the first and I hope last major home damages I had to deal with and I know for sure I would not have been able to handle it without Sam’s help. No matter the time of day I called he always answered and had solutions for everything. This is the best customer service and support I have ever had in my life.
