I met Octavio about a year ago after a fire completely destroyed my home and my life. Octavio has been present every single step of the way and has stood up for me and my family. We have received the highest levels of service I would certainly refer him to a family in their time of need. They continue to work on your claims until completion despite the duration of time. Mine was a huge loss and, I’m certain it requires a lot of time and attention, but Octavio and Maria have made one of the worst times of my life as easy as it could possibly be. Because they took such great care of us, I could focus on my mental and emotional health as well as that of my children.

We had a great experience with Octavio and Chuck. A fire is an extremely stressful time and their knowledge of the process was very calming. Most importantly they helped settle our claim and walked us through during the process. I would highly recommend using their services if you ever find yourself in the unfortunate situation which would require their expertise.

I met Octavio of Alpha Adjusters under stressful circumstances. I had a fire at my house and Octavio took me aside and calmly explained how he could help me. I extremely happy a hired him. Octavio and his team were professional, knowledgeable and compassionate throughout the claim process. They answered all of my questions and addressed my family's concerns. Most importantly, they settled the insurance claim to ny satisfaction. I made a great decision hiring Alpha Adjusters and I highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.
