Very friendly and courteous staff. The gentleman at the counter was so polite, very knowledgeable. I’ve received the fastest and most accurate service here in my life. This is the first I didn’t have to return a plumbing item because the clerk gave me the wrong thing, this clerk was on point. The price for what I needed was very good. I will definitely be coming here for my plumbing needs.

Called at 4:39pm. Spoke someone on phone and asked about a part. Told them that I was on my way. They told me I better hurry that their closing soon. Confirmed that I was on my way. I showed up 8 mins later & knew what I wanted... A man stood in front of the door & told me that their closed!!!! Even told him that called... he didnt care. He wouldnt let me in. Wasted my time rushing there. If I acted like that at my job. My a$$ would have been fired long time ago. VERY Disappointing considering all the other good reviews.
