I reached out on behalf of my condo building to get a proposal for monthly elevator maintenance and started corresponding with Aggie K. This person was extremely rude, unhelpful, and clearly did not want my business. If you're going to turn down new clients because you don't know how to communicate and there's a scheduling hiccup, I'm happy to take my business elsewhere!

I'm in property management and have been using Morgan for a little over 4 years.... I find Morgan to be very responsive to call outs no matter what time of day or night an elevator might go down.... The Morgan back of house team are second to none, from Lisa, Nicole, Johnny, and Courtney not to mention the fabulous Aggie, to their field engineers of Bruno and Lopez.
