Rude, condescending customer facing experience. Not willing to offer help to potential customer asking for advice, all the while shaming customer for not having knowledge about tiles. Shocked about positive feedbacks here. Maybe a bad day, but live with fact that one lousy attitude towards customer will lead to perpetuated bad feedback.

Great selection but more importably ask for Rachel, she's was patient, insightful and altogether awesome with my order. Whereas other competitors in the neighborhood (really talking about the 'mean girls' at Artistic) wouldn't give me the time of day with a small order, Rachel gave me her full attention and was on top of everything.
