There is nobody that you can talk to straight. You have to talk through small opening and you have to repeat yourself hundred times before this young Chinese dude will understand what are you talking about and it’s over priced

Not a good return/ exchange policy. Charges tax twice and hikes the price for item you buy for return. Not a customer anymore. Beware

Customer friendly and knowledgeable staff whom are able to help you with what you need. Compare to other plumbing supply stores in the area this one actually wants to help you to pick up the item you are looking for. Been there multiple times during our renovation and they are great!

Today is the last time, my foot stepped through their door. They are overpriced for one, and 1 big young asian guy there is a total jerk with glasses. When I needed on more than 1 occasion to exchange a piece of unused plumbing parts like black steel nipples they charge me not their restocking fee of 15% but they make up the price and then don't give you a new receipt. So avoid if you can, go to hester and forsyth instead, they have good quality parts, good price and very pleasant there. I felt insulted today. They lost me for good.
