Madelaine is an absolute expert in making the most of small spaces. While I was primarily at my LA home, she designed and managed the renovation of my Midtown Manhattan pied-à-terre. Madelaine is vivacious, intuitive, and a delight to work with. Her discovery process was a lot of fun and ensured that she really understood my style and needs. My bedroom closet was a disaster and she designed an innovative transformation by moving my clothing to new custom wardrobes, converting the offending closet to an elegant dressing room, and replacing my basic radiator covers with a fabulous, upholstered window seat. She introduced me to a local artist who we commissioned to capture my essence through a large abstract oil painting that now hangs over my bed. As an environmental attorney, sustainability is extremely important to me. I appreciate the clever ways Madelaine found to reuse and update existing pieces, in addition to sourcing new fabrics and furnishings from responsible vendors. Madelaine took care of every detail of the project's execution. Her commitment to client service is truly impressive, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for bespoke design and comprehensive project management services.

Madelaine is incredible! Talking to her was so helpful and clarifying. She was able to reimagine our apartment in a way that made use of everything we already had while totally transforming the look and feel of the space. She made the whole experience so accessible and fun.

We recently moved into a new apartment with an unusual living room floor plan. Madeleine was really helpful in providing practical solutions to help us address our issues regarding where to place our furniture and art, our need for storage, and how to include a study nook into the space. We didn’t need a full interior design service as we had already bought new furniture so we chose to use her basic $500 Copper package which consisted of a free phone consultation followed by a 30minute zoom discussion where she shared her ideas. We found her services worthwhile as we would never have come up with the ideas ourselves and it made us think of how to use the space differently.

I had recently moved into a new apartment, and out of a beloved space. With the smaller new space I couldn’t find a way to lay things out that made me as happy as the old place did. Especially considering that our furniture didn’t fit as well in the new space. Madelaine helped me so so much and her suggestions made a WORLD of a difference. Simply rearranging some furniture and swapping out our coffee table made the space function so much better, as well as look 100x better. I can’t thank her enough for her help on our home!

Madelaine is a joy to work with, enthusiastic and really listened to my needs. My place is amazing now, looks far better than I ever could've imagined! The great thing is she understands your budget and actually sticks to it, unlike a lot of other studios I've seen. She even included me in the process at every step, always asking for my feedback during regular updates. I couldn't have asked for more personalized, stress free help making my apartment shine. Definitely go with ad:roit.
