Thank you so much Magic Security for a great great job. Vernon and his crew at Magic Security have more than earned a 5 star review. We did a lot of research before selecting a company to installs for us access control and alarm system to protect our new offices. We knew we wanted a smaller company--the large companies with vague pricing contracts and tens of thousands of other customers did not appeal to us. We narrowed the field and met with several local providers in Harlem to get proposals and hear their pitches. This is where Magic Security began to differentiate themselves. Magic Security is a local operation with a family feel, but there is no doubt they are experts in the security field and utilize top of the line equipment. Vernon and his crew were honest, straightforward and responsive from the beginning. I can't say from start to finish, because our relationship is far from finished. I still contact Vernon when I have questions and plan to be in touch when we require modifications to the access control system. From day one Vernon has been a delight to deal with, and I look forward to continuing to work with him in the future. Vernon scheduled the install around our requirements, and when install day came his crew had no problem substantiating the high expectations I had set for them. They did meticulous work despite the offices being populated. They listened to our concerns, and addressed everything in a smart, professional, efficient, and even personal manner. If you want an honest security company that cares about you as a customer and knows you as their customer, Magic Security should be your choice.

True Magic!! Serviced security cameras at one of our locations in Queens. 2 cameras were completely off and one we couldn’t see clearly. Got 2 technicians at 8 AM, by 10 AM both cameras were on again and the one we couldn’t see at changed to sharp bright image. Timothy from Magic Security Systems was very professional and taught me couple things and tricks I wasn’t aware of. Will be the company I will call to service our Cameras in Queens.

Before hiring Magic Security I did some homework. I have learned that when it comes to intercom systems repair, different vendors in New York can give you totally different answers. So I got 4 different quotes. Now Magic Security was not the cheapest option, but the only company that was willing to provide 1 year warranty on the repair. And when a company willing to provide 1 years warranty, it means that they have confidence in their work and believe it will last for much longer than a year. It has been 3 months since Nick worked on our intercom system and so far 0 problems. So for 0 problem I go with 5 stars to Magic Security.

RESPECT! They did not just tell me I need new intercom system, but really looked inside and went over everything until they pointed to the damaged cable. Replaced it and brought the system back. Thank you so much. After what you did I am going to call only magic for all needs.

I must admit that over the pass couple months I have lost some sleep over the issues we were having with our access control system. I was in charge of the project of getting it set up and when it started to get stuck I felt bad. Really bad. But then I met the magicians. They did their magic and the system stooped with the issues. It is kind of magic.
