Israel came to my house and helped us with all of our needs. He was efficient kind courteous and took his time. Their prices are very fair. I highly recommend precision doors. I’ve used them in the past and I will continue to use them again and again
I highly recommend Precision! I received text messages confirming my appointment and information about the technician with a picture. My technician, Isaac R. called me 30 minutes before he arrived within the 4-hour window. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Issac explained everything and provided me with options. Precision provides excellent service from scheduling an appointment to finishing the job.

Company use leads to slam customers
For example I needed 2 springs replaced and new cable. Cost of material is about $69.00 one hour labor to complete job. I was quoted $900.00.
I protested and told him this is not a $900 job. Being generous should be $400. I complained and said they are ripping me off and the boss came down to $500. This company prices the job based upon what they can get not based upon what it is worth. I dislike the way the owner is running his business. He figures he is there and ready to do the job so he can hit the custom real hard. I don’t like them for this reason.

My garage door was making strange sounds when closing and was not closing evenly with the left side touching first. Called Precision Overhead late Friday and they were able send a technician on Saturday. Lewis arrived on time. I explained the problems. He inspected the door and is operation and explained the issues that he saw. He recommended several service options and I picked the one I thought made sense for my purposes. He promptly did the work and when he was finished demonstrated the operation of the door. It worked great. Super smooth and quiet. A job well done. Lewis was a pleasure to deal with and did a terrific job.

Israel from precision garage door came to repair our Springs that had broken. Israel was on time was very polite, very professional and did a great job and I would highly recommend their service! Its a great company overall and I also had a really good experience with the person who helped set the appointment. He was very accommodating and got me scheduled right away

Isaac from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was excellent! He arrived on time for the appointment and was knowledgeable and courteous. One of our garage doors would not open. He quickly diagnosed our problem as a broken spring but also identified some bearings that were wearing out. He clearly explained several repair options for us to choose from. His truck was fully stocked with all the parts needed. He completed the repair work that same day and now our garage doors work better than ever! I would definitely call Precision Overhead Garage Door Service again if we need another repair or replacement.
