My tractor had three parts that needed to to be replaced and an oil change done. It took two months for the parts to come in and fixed. I picked it up mowed seven lawns and all the parts broke again sat there for another two months with no parts replaced. I went and picked up and was going to sell it but went to the other taylor rental on Latour Ave to see what they would give me for the mower and magically they had one of the two parts I needed right there and was able to fix it myself. I will never go there to get parts or service done again! I will simply order parts off Amazon and fix it myself or with youtube video help.

I went to go purchase a dirt bike they listed online, I was told to come look at it today until I got there…I was sent to the other store they told me they only had 1 and it wasn’t the one I was looking for…keep in mind I seen multiple outside. They called back to the other store now all of sudden they find the bike and “it’s in the shop” They didn’t bother to help me purchase my first bike. I left very disappointed.

Taylor Rental has our riding lawn mower for repairs right now. So far I can really only comment on the people I’ve dealt with personally. Robin was kind enough to check into the status of our repair for me, and to find out who picked up our mower for the repair. The driver’s name is Jeff, and he is just honestly the nicest man. Most businesses that have to access our driveway, tear up the lawn. But Jeff is a skilled driver, and he is efficient and kind. I had total confidence in the business just based on how great Jeff is. And Robin too! We look forward to getting the mower back this week. I recommend Taylor Rental for lawn mower repair- we will certainly use them yearly for the mower tune-ups.

This is specifically for the Party Rental side. Never responded to my quote request (for 9 Sept delivery) because I was not a NY resident – provided a MD phone number (stated by front office personnel). I live in MD but requested the delivery to be at a NY address. Another company I requested a quote from answered me the same day and stated they were booked (16 Aug). Never responded back to my voicemails to work the quote; however, answered the groom’s (NY resident with a NY number) phone call and requests. It took a couple of phone calls in order for this company to get a quote to me via email (17 Aug). As a Cybersecurity professional they requested Credit card information in an unsecure format, so I had to carefully watch my credit account during this time. The quote and signed contract was for a 9am delivery on the day of the reception. Was requested this was since the rental was to be only for 24hrs and we need the tent, table and chairs after the 5pm ceremony. They could have picked it all up the next day (Saturday) at 9am for use at another event. Angela emailed me the day prior, to confirm that the delivery was still required. I responded yes and that I would be there. At 0930am the day of the event there had been no phone calls, texts, or emails stating that the delivery would be delayed or anything. So we called Angela and she stated that they were loading the truck still and might not be at our location until the afternoon. She could not guarantee that they would be there at noon, even after talking to the delivery truck personnel. She also stated that they had 8-9 other deliveries for that day and that they had worked the previous day until 1am (not sure doing what since they were loading the truck still in the morning). Multiple calls were made throughout the day to office personnel, Jenn and Angela, to get an update on our delivery since we all had other tasks to complete for the day, not wait around on a very late truck. It seemed like later in the day, around 1pm, they stopped answering our calls but if we called from a blocked number they answered. We were told that they went to a location south of us which made us wonder why they passed by us instead of making our delivery first and then head south since we had a 9am delivery time request. The groom ended up speaking to the owner of the Rental place as a whole, Ryan, and he stated that we would be fully refunded. The tent, tables, and chairs were not delivered until 510pm (Requested 50 chairs but got 48). The delivery personnel started to lay out the tent while we started the ceremony. The food and DJ were both on time and waiting for the tables to be set up. At the last minute we decided to have them take the tent away (it had not been set up, only laid out) so that we could get the tables and chairs set up. I did get my refund back about a week later. The entire wedding party and guests all agreed that this company will never be used again for lack of customer service and irresponsible planning. We could have hired another company that morning and had everything set up as planned by 1pm that day by another company. I highly recommend using another company for your party rental needs. The only ½ star they get is for giving a full refund.

Have been into Taylor a number of times. Recently went in and noticed a floor plan change. LOOKS great. each time I visit they are helping me with either saw repairs or chain sharpening. They have some crazy deals on big mowers and now have a robotic lawn mower!! Always have what I need and service is excellent!
