Drew Lavin our sales man visited our site, recommended the machine we needed, set up a time, visited us again when machine was delivered, We finished early and the lady in the office was able to take it off rental and have it picked up promptly. When I reached out to get help, and last minute, Dan was more than willing to provide different options for me and get what we needed. And even notified me first thing when the lift was going to be a little bit late. Great customer service!

excellent service , I called Drew at 4:00 in the afternoon and he was able to drop off a scissor lift the next morning.

Way overpriced and lousy attitude from the desk to upper level management. But wait Mr Customer as you will receive a price increase next year on account of our incompetence and large oversized egos. Anyother rental house is a much better alternative. Stay away!
