I contacted this company about a fence for my building. After “inflation increases” of $3000 on a 12’ wide fence after only a few weeks from the previous quote, we decided to go with a company that didn’t increase their material prices at all during the same time period. When I, out of respect, reached out to let Steve know we would go with another vendor, he responded quite rudely telling me we are penny wise pound foolish despite knowing nothing about who we contracted to do the work. Apparently Atlas is the only qualified fence company in all of NY. I’d recommend staying away from this company.

Our Contractor told us to use Atlas. Someone who takes pride in their business, only recommends other companies who are The Best. I can say with all honesty that Atlas is #1. When Steve came and took measurements for a new gate, we knew it would go well. They were within the time frame that was given and the gentlemen who installed it were professionals. A Great, well executed job. Worth every dollar. Thank You Steve, and the entire crew. Kudos to the owner, Tom ? From Penny

Only do jobs for $2,000.00or better! Consider awful, zero stars! My job was $800.00 got it done! In this time of Covid, consider this foolish!

Standing out here in the rain trying to pry this fence out of a wooden crate bc the workers can’t be bothered to open it with tools or help me in any way. Customer service is non existent. I just spent thousands at your business. Very unprofessional.

It was all good, until I discovered that they do half ass work. They installed my back wooden fence by just digging HOLES in the ground for the posts. NO CEMENT REINFORCEMENT or GRAVEL NOTHING. Just the soil they dug the hole with. Common sense in a basic install. Well some months later and my fence is swinging back and forth in the wind. HORRIBLE INSTAL. The front side was done properly, maybe because someone was around to supervise the work. The next day their workers were left to their own . Guess they like doing horrible work. So the posts were covered with soil and there was no way of knowing how the work was done . I have big round holes around the posts with a tilted fence. I wish I knew to check the work to see if it was DONE PROPERLY.
