George & Carlos were great! The Air Tactical team was professional, communicative, and timely. They also went the extra mile to triple check that my furnace was operating safely and smoothly before they left.
I had not had a furnace tune-up in a long time, and they quickly identified what needed to be fixed so that the furnace could work well in preparation for the winter. They also went to great lengths to find a replacement for my gas valve, which had been an older model that was difficult to track down.
Overall, an amazing team!
George was prompt, courteous and professional. He checked my split AC system, and took the time to explain on how to get the most out of my cooling system. Five Stars!

Air Tactical HVAC did a great job installing my split type air conditioner. The service manager, George A., and his brother Nick were professional, knowledgeable and polite. George went above and beyond to fix a previous installation error, finding a better spot for the indoor unit, which has greatly improved cooling efficiency. These guys are super cool and highly recommended.

I cannot stress enough how incredible Air Tactical HVAC Services is. My boiler recently decided to crap out on us in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT during the winter (28 degrees outside for reference). After about an hour of me troubleshooting our boiler, I called Air Tactical and they were literally at my house in 30 minutes and said “don’t worry, I won’t leave until we get your heat fixed”. Not only did George (From Air Tactical) resolve the issue, but he personally reached out to me the next day to ask how everything is running. If I could give this company a million stars, I would. They are truly amazing.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Air Tactical for a new installation of a Mitsubishi Heat Pump system, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, George at Air Tactical provided exceptional service and expertise, ensuring that the installation was completed on time and to my complete satisfaction.
He was prompt, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain the installation process and answer any questions that I had. He was knowledgeable about Heat Pumps and worked diligently to ensure that it was installed correctly, super clean and efficiently.
The end result is a heating and cooling system that works perfectly and efficiently, providing me with the comfort and reliability that I need in my home. I highly recommend Air Tactical for anyone in need of HVAC services, and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you for a job well done!!

George was very knowledgeable and professional. He didn't try to push us into any unnecessary work and actually advised against bandaid solutions that wouldn't have solved the issue, definitely has integrity. I would trust them to handle any issues we have in the future. And I love that they're a family owned business!

My mothers AC was not working and she lives 200 miles away from me, I’ve called multiple places and it seemed like they were not interested to take the job or were not available. My mother does not know English so I continued to call other companies hoping they can cooperate with me over the phone. After a couple of calls, George from Air Tactical helped me out. He was understanding and very patient when it came to communicating with her, AND was able to tell me what was wrong with the AC. He fixed the problem - Incredible customer service. Very well spoken and Air tactical will be my go to from now on. Thank you again, George!

I simply can't say enough positive things about George and the team at Air Tactical HVAC. Honest, hardworking, extremely nice and they will go out of their way to make sure the job is done right!
I came home after two weeks away in January to my boiler not working and no heat (during freezing temps). I called Air Tactical HVAC based on their positive Yelp reviews. George arrived within an hour (despite the late hour) and discovered that my aging boiler was cracked and needed to be replaced. He explained the issue in great detail and showed me that it was leaking.
He gave me a fair price for replacement (I researched and his quote was in line with with average price for NYC) and he was able to track down a new boiler and install it within a couple days. Despite several challenges due to my aging house (faulty wiring, complex plumbing, etc.), George and Angelo were patient and persistent. They had to build the boiler from scratch and rewire the thermostat, but did not charge me any additional labor costs despite it taking two full days.
I will ABSOLUTELY use Air Tactical HVAC for all my future HVAC needs. In fact, I have already hired them to vacuum out my dryer vent, which was extremely clogged and they repaired my dryer vent cover free of charge. Cannot recommend these guys enough - their amazing!

Contacted AirTactical HVAC Services to repair a cracked hot water tank at my property. George the foreman handled everything for me (acquired the new tank + delivered it to the site). Him and his assistant Nick did a great and very professional job! He triple checked for leaks and made sure everything was running 100% before leaving. This was all done on extremely short notice, and I was very pleased! Highly recommend!!
