Emergency repair service provided fast and by a pro (Pedro). We own a property in Yonkers with 6 rolling gates. They kept getting stuck and I started to feel like our previous company just can’t really solve the problem (Or didn’t want to). No rush, through inspection, and Pedro knew everything about the gates. Got an option to repair with 1 month warranty, or replace the motors with 3 years warranty. And since I had enough of dealing with the gates, I asked Pedro to replace the old motors. Next day installation of 2 motors. Pedro and the team were awesome. I made the right decision. Our big heavy rolling gate was coming off the trucks wall of our shop and. After reading reviews, I have called At Your Service Roll Up. Martin responded promptly, came by our shop to look at the work which had to be done and provided us the cost of repair. After we signed, they sent two of the crew to weld, repair, re-hang and reinforce our gate. Crew was efficient and polite. Our rolling gate looks and works great now.
