Phenomenal service and an incredible value. Our fire alarm is very sensitive, and Mike responded on a Sunday to correct the problem causing false alarms. Just started working with them and are very pleased.

Alarmingly Affordable-Great Service! Alarmingly Affordable is a great company and is highly recommended! They installed our alarm system many years ago and it is still going strong today! We have an ongoing monitoring service which gives us great peace of mind! If a zone goes off, we get an immediate call to make sure everything is okay, and if we do not respond, they will alert the police. Their customer service really cannot be beat! Anytime you call the office someone is always there to help. Mike the owner exhibits a great deal of honesty and integrity and is always on top of things to make sure the issue is resolved in a timely manner. Nancy in the office is always very helpful. And when you do have to have a technician come in to do maintenance, the appointment is scheduled promptly, the technicians always come on time and get the issue resolved quickly and correctly! John is an exceptional technician and his expertise cannot be beat! We couldn’t be happier with the service this company provides. We have peace of mind knowing that we are in such good hands and that our family and home are so well protected! If you’re looking for a trustworthy and reasonably priced alarm company, with great service and knowledgeable technicians, we highly recommend Alarmingly Affordable!!!

I had a major issue with my alarm today. Honeywell never called back. ADP took 19 minutes to respond only to take my info and they'd send someone 2 days from today. Coming to the rescue was Michael, from ALARMINGLY AFFORDABLE. He was nice, calm, professional and despite being in another borough today...he took the time and effort to walk me through every step of the way and fix the problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Thank you for saving the day. ☆☆☆☆☆
