The best company for awnings in upstate NY. The crew did an excellent job. Communication with the staff was very pleasant. Will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Took a few calls to set up an appointment with Dan, who I was told is the owner. Confirmed appt. with his (very nice) assistant that he would show up between 11 am and 1 pm on a Saturday. She had my cell number. I waited two hours for him to show up--not even a phone call or text to say he wasn't coming. I spoke with a friend afterwards who said Dan never bothered to call her back. I am through with Dan and 4th Generation--would NEVER recommend someone who doesn't value my time, as clearly he values only his own.

I have been a customer for years and with great service. This year my awnings got soiled somehow in their storage facility and were hung that way. Two weeks ago I went to their shop showed them pics and was assured they would come and power wash them. Well,I'm still waiting.

4th generation was professional, prompt and extremely creative in helping Genoa Importing replace our awnings. They helped us remove the old awnings, designed new ones and installed everything perfectly, and on time. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
