We are not quite finished with our case yet (we had a home fire,) so I will attempt to add to this review once we are. However, I just can't help but say how much these folks have impressed me with their thoroughness and professionalism thus far. Stay tuned for more as we wrap things up with my case. The case has now closed. I don't know if I gained as much as I thought I would, but we certainly didn't lose any money working with them. I would use them again if (God forbid) I were ever in a similar situation. I guess that's the most important testimony in the final analysis.

Our first adjustor, Justin, was hands on and explained everything to us. All of a sudden he was gone and had Mike. Started out fine but never returned emails, texts and calls so didn't know what was going on. Contractor had to stop work as no more money. Was told don't worry we work for you. Another adjustor, Mark, took over. He said we have the best. Again started out fine and then the same thing. Finally terminated them and now we take the next step. Thought we were doing right thing to hire them bit guess not. Told bills I submitted to these people were never submitted so have to see what was and what wasn't. More work for me.

Mark Parkinson is AMAZING beyond words! What he did for us, we still can’t thank him enough for! We had a massive 85 ft pine tree fall on our home & decided to hire Mark to represent us. He was the first person onsite and literally handled everything with insurance & adjusters. He made this process so stress free & got us everything we deserved. I am so pleased with this company, but more so Mark for being such a straight up, honest & easy person to get in touch with any time of the day!

Great resource is the event of a loss. I hate to have to make a call to a public adjuster but when I have a loss it's the first call I want to make. I've had great experiences with AI and referred friends to AI and they were also over the top pleased with the service. PS UC '87
