Dan Rosenbaum was the adjuster for the old pipes in my parents’ 98 yr. old home that caused flood damage in the basement Nov. - Dec. ‘23 - Jan. ‘24. Despite having the most bureaucratic insurance rep who kept Dan waiting 1 1/2 hours, Dan was patient, professional & efficient in resolving the claim - with an excellent result. Not only is Dan a consummate, responsive, detail oriented professional with superb communication skills, he’s also a lovely person.
working with Daniel was such a pleasure . It was extremely easy ! Dan was always prompt to respond, always available and very transparent with everything involved with my claim. I didn’t have to communicate much with the insurance company Dan literally handled everything from start to finish and the result was even more than I expected to receive because Dan really made sure the quote was fair . I appreciate Dan and highly recommend !

Dan Rosenbaum is the best EVER! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars! He will keep you up to date throughout your claim and most importantly, he will get you the most amount of money for your claim. Everyone I know uses Dan because of his great service!
