The staff at America Signs & Awnings were very professional, courteous, accommodating, with a quick turnaround. Brandon Nava went above and beyond, he listened attentively and offered solutions that met my needs. In addition, we communicated throughout the process and lastly he asked me to bring the sign back to make safely enhancements to the sign. I am really pleased and highly recommend America Signs & Awnings.
The team did a good job putting up the awning to our front door. However, they did not clean up after themselves which made more work for us after we already paid $1500+ for the awning and service. I was ready to overlook that since we were happy with the awning until we noticed the siding in between the awning and the front door falling off. It’s clear that either a) they had to take the siding down to install the awning and they didn’t reattach the siding properly or b) they destroyed the siding while installing the awning. I called and left a message asking to have someone come look at it and fix it. Someone called back asking me to send photos via email so I did immediately. From then on my husband and I have been calling and leaving multiple messages and sending multiple follow up emails that have gone unanswered for 3 months now. It’s clear they realized this is their fault and don’t want to take responsibility for their mistake. Just be honest that you messed up and come fix it. That’s all they would have had to do to get 4-5 stars from this. What a disappointment and we don’t know what to do about this hanging siding.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon and his team at America Signs & Awnings, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, they provided exceptional service, keeping me informed every step of the way. The level of communication was outstanding, ensuring that I was always in the loop and confident in the progress of the project.
Not only did Brandon and his team keep me informed, but they also delivered impeccable results. The job they did was nothing short of amazing. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident in every aspect of their work, from design to installation.

In the past 3 years I’ve contracted American Signs & Awnings for my storefront awning, window decals, business cards and flyers and they have impressed me so much.
Everything was done to perfection and on time. Their customer service is excellent and professional.
I would recommend them to everyone for their business

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Brandon and the entire team at America Signs and Awnings. All of the staff has been extremely professional and courteous and the turn around time for my signs was fast! The signs looks amazing, highly recommend working with them.

We had a very satisfying experience with American Signs and Awnings. Luis and his installation crew worked quickly and efficiently. Altair provided great customer service and helped us get our awning within a week ( in time for our Father's day party). Thank you guys.
