It is not the amount of stars I put in my review, the most important for me is the customer service. The communication I have had with management and employees (usually the truck driver), is very decent. The price and charges have been explained ahead and that is very important to avoid discrepancies. Everything is clear. That’s appreciated it.

Terrible experience. I was told a dumpster would be delivered between 1-4. The delivery guy called me and told me he was coming to drop it in 20mins. I wasn’t home at the time but only a few minutes away and told previously I didn’t need to be there. When I got home, there was no dumpster but I noticed grease and rust stains on my driveway from what appeared to be an attempt at delivery. Confused because I had no dumpster and no missed calls. I called several times and when I finally got a call back, as the dumpster was needed for a renovation job, the owner who took my Amex number was unapologetic, when I asked why no one had to called to tell me there was an issue and none would be delivered. When I asked him why he didn’t call to tell me, he insulted me and hung up. Very unprofessional. I was tempted to call back and curse him out but I, unlike him, have class. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. To the owner- learn some respect before life humbles you.

Magenta is a great company. They are reliable and the drivers are very caring of my property. Mike in the office always gives you a good indication of when they will arrive. I'm highly satisfied with this company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for carting service.5 stars all round for Magenta They are also very reasonable priced.

First time I ever rented a dumpster and it was great! Simple conversation over the phone and we figured out what kinda size I needed, they dropped it off and put it exactly where I would have told them to put it (I wasn’t home) and they picked it up quickly when I was done. Very reasonable price.
