We recently returned home from vacation and quickly realized something wasn't right with our garage door. My call to Castle Garage Door was returned promptly and Paul arrived a couple of days later. After a quick look, he identified the issue and also saw a couple of other potential issues that he reviewed with me. After discussion, we agreed that he should fix all of them so that we would have no worries in the future. I still can't believe he fixed all of them in an hour! Paul is professional and friendly, and we appreciate him taking good care of us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and this company to my friends and neighbors.

Matthew is a wonderful person with a beautiful personality and he did a GREAT JOB on repairing my garage door, he explained everything to me and show me what was wrong with my garage door. Matthew is an accessible to your company that take pride in his work. I will use Castle Garage Doors in the future! We called Castle Garage Doors to come out to repair a broken spring on our garage door. Jake was great and very courteous - he helped us schedule the appointment and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Matt and Doug came out to complete the repair on appointment day. They called just prior to their arrival and both were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were even nice enough to inspect our entire garage door setup and offered advice on parts that may need replaced in the near future. They worked quickly and before I knew it the door was working perfectly. I will absolutely being using Castle again in the future and would definitely recommend others to do the same. Cheers!
