It can be dicey going into a place that normally deals with professionals. Too many times they could care less about helping a person who comes in off the street. These guys were great and really helpful. They sold me what I needed and even cutdown the piece of material without acting like I was bothering them. Thanks!

Great place to have in town. Stocked with many plumbing items you cant find in the big box store. They provide some good insight on installation and they're open Saturdays. Located behind BJ's Wholesale on Moore Rd.

Called about 20 supply houses in total and out of all of them Jeff from Active was about one of the only people who even knew what I was talking about. Although like the other 20 they didn’t carry what I needed he went out of his way to help and even recommended some other places to call. Great customer service and it was greatly appreciated after dealing with a lot of rude and unknowledgeable people basically everywhere else.
