They helped me get the next day appointment for an issue with my HVAC unit. Pat arrived on time and was very polite throughout his time at my house. He is very knowledgeable and stated all the facts straight forward that helped me decide quickly on corrective action plan. He diagnosed the issue within no time and performed thorough interior and exterior inspection of things. Definitely recommend them!
Cannot say enough good things about Extreme. The whole experience was top notch service from the estimate from Sean, the pre inspection and measurements for new duct work from Joe and his assistant and then the installation work by Cole, Logan and Brendan. The guys did a great job on installing and explaining to me what was going on and walking me through their work when done. Again I thank you and highly recommend this company.

Could not wait to write a review today concerning Extreme Heating & Air Conditioning (EH&AC) staff and technicians. This company has been professional from the moment we first talked up to and including today. The EH&AC technician today, Pat Andrews, was professional in ever aspect; from precautionary covering on his shoes to his explanation of today task. I have worked with AC unit years ago and Pats explanation were both detailed but did not scare a person with unknown industry jargon. Pat, was very methodical with his measurements and observation even captured live readings and very clear pictures. Cleaning the fins from the outside coils was completed with care (this helps get rid on heat). After this Summer tune up, he presented his findings and offered recommendations without pushing me. Pushiness feels like a scam to me. For the first time in a long while I will most likely go with a companies recommendations do to the rare efforts of a technician....I rarely recommend to others to ask for a specific technician by name but I do so this time. From my experience as a previous HVAC tech and as a home owner, you will be in good hands with Pat Andrews. tags: exceptional organized, highly valued, trustworthy, patient, excellent verbal and written communication skills, non rushed, peaceful. I don't know about you, but I love it when peace remains in my home. Have a blessed day everyone.

Extreme was able to get us scheduled for the same day I called and replace the needed parts right away. Tristan was upfront and informative about our options for repair or replacement. We are up and running again, thanks to Tristan.

I'll start with the one complaint, but only because it's small/minor and should be a simple fix (And may not apply to Extreme anyways): The Google-side Service Request Form was not linked up with their backend system, and I had to call to follow up on my initial Service Request only to find it had never been received. I would just make sure that if the Form is not linked up with the company's systems, that you guys have Google take it down so it doesn't confuse anyone.
Otherwise, Service was excellent! Paul Lyons was fast, but thorough, and flexible on time to walk me through all my options. He was also very attentive and courteous, giving us plenty of lead time and notifications on next steps and progress! A/C unit was repaired in no-time and we have a plan to use Extreme for future A/C Unit Services!

We’ve been using Extreme for many years and have been happy. They’re easy to work with and not too pushy. Today Pat came out for our checkup and was very thorough. Lovely person and very detailed in his review of our system. He’s one of the best techs we’ve met.

We have worked with Extreme Heating & Air Conditioning since we moved into our house 6 years ago and always had a positive experience. They communicate well from the time of scheduling until the technician arrives at your door. The most recent time, Brooke was great! She was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and didn’t mind the interruptions from our kids and dog. I am thankful for the annual tune-up so I know the air will run smoothly during the summer.

We had our HVAC unit replaced today by Extreme. We’re so happy with the customer service and the installers.
Pat first came out on the weekend to make a repair and also priced out our new unit. He walked us through the process and even came out today during installation to check things out and touch base with us. Super nice guy.
Joe and Bailey stopped in to go over payment plans and prices. Joe also stopped by during installation.
The installers Cole and Ryan did a great job installing and explaining everything to us. When they were finished wouldn’t even know they had been there because they cleaned up so good.
Everyone was so friendly and professional. We highly recommend this company.

Josh was very professional and did a thorough job with our AC tuneup. Given our unit is very old, Josh went through several options on how we could make the unit last a little longer before we needed to look into a replacement. I appreciated that Josh reviewed our options with us without giving a “sales pitch” and trying to pressure us into making an additional purchase. Good service!
