Terrible service and scam. Please dont book them. Movers did the job in 10 hours which was supposed to be finished in 4.5 to 6 hrs at maximum. I ended up paying 2600$ where the original estimated cost was 1400$. Movers were over worked, tired and inefficient. They told me they have been working everyday till 10 PM. Then manager would not respond to my calls regarding compensation. They also broke one of my Ashley furniture's side table no refunds and nothing. I am sure manager of this franchise is greedy person and malignant type Employer. PS I generally give positive reviews to most of feedback requests unfortunately they forced to write this down here.

Had two men and a truck move me on May 24. Everyting was fine until i went to put things on a bookcase and the shelves were missing. I called two men and they said they would look into it. I called a few days later and they said the same thing. I called today 6/25 and he basically said i was sol. No apology no refund no nothing. He said if it was broken they would fix or refund but missing shelves dont qualify. Will not use them again and will tell anyone i know not to as well.
