We had Billy Morris, he is not on the selection list for service technician. But I wanted to let you know, very professional service, explained every option and exactly what he would be doing. Very courteous, let me watch, told me about the company. Before we knew it, he was finished.

Mr. Rooter did a great job re-routing our pipes and putting in a tank-less water heater. They communicated very well, reasonable price and efficient! They were very respectful of our home and yard. Great with dogs too! Highly recommend!

I manage a large facility including multiple buildings, accommodating an elementary school of 600+ students and a large church. I had a break in my water line the day before the Fourth of July holiday weekend. Water was coming into the basement, so I considered it an emergency and began calling plumbing companies that claimed to have same day service. All gave me a three day wait time before a plumber could come out. Until I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing
My experience with Mr Rooter was great. I had someone at my house within twenty minutes The work was completed within twenty four hours despite the holiday. The gentlemen who worked on my plumbing issue were courteous, efficient, and careful They dug in a manner that protected my plants and landscaping, and they cleaned up after their work. Communication was wonderful. They arrived when they said they would arrive, did what they said they would do, and charged what they said they would charge. No one likes to have a plumbing issue, especially right before a holiday, but Mr Rooter made things as easy as they could possibly have been made. I would highly recommend them.

Mr Rooter got us scheduled within a couple hours of our issue. Sam came to do the work and he was great! Came in, assessed our issue quickly and resolved. Great communication!!!

Jerrod has been great both times I've had him out to my home for quotes. Very professional and knowledgeable. He provided the right recommendations with honesty and clarity. And I can’t say enough about Nathan and his crew that completed the job today. Outstanding results combined with top notch personal service. I’ll certainly hire Mr Rooter again in the future and heartily recommend them to others.

Chris Welch and his co-worker did an amazing job! Both were super respectful, clean, efficient and completed the two jobs I needed in a very timely manner. Additionally, they were able to trouble shoot another existing issue and offer a solution along with an estimate right on the spot! (And I booked them again for the next week!) I always have a positive experiences with Mr. Rooter teams.
Just had another great experience with this team (Chris + Walt), they installed a new tankless water heater and it's amazing, takes up so little space and was long over due, so glad it was done with people I could trust not only with the job, but being in house and treating it with respect. Thanks again!

Mr. Rooter was able to fix the water softener in my parents basement. I will definitely be using them again over the other local companies. The price was reasonable and fair. Plus they showed up when they said they were going to. Thank you so much for the great customer service and promptness.

Thank you, Jerrod, for getting to our home so quickly, your knowledge and creating a plan to clean up the water in our basement. Thank you to Kenny & Josh on Day 1 for all of your hard work and professionalism. As you shared with us, you came into some obstacles and were still able to successfully install a sump pump and drain. Day 2, thank you to Kenny for all of your hard work finishing the job and clean up. We now pray this never happens again. We are very happy with the service we received from Mr. Rooter.
