Could not be happier with my experience. CSR answered my call promptly and was able to schedule service within 4 days. Got a call from her the next day offering an earlier appointment due to cancellation. Service tech arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was prepared with all of the parts that he needed to do the work, which he did within the time he estimated.

Couldn't have been happier with the service I received! The maintenance tech was thorough and very knowledgeable! Company seems to have morals, which is rare in a company now-a-days. He gave me advice on some things to check outside of the appliance and after taking said advice, my dryer worked perfectly! 100% would recommend to anyone looking for an appliance servicing company!

From making the appointment thru the service visit, they set themselves apart from their peers. Everyone was responsive, professional and genuine. Kevin, the technician, was incredible. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner. It was obvious he had my best interests at the foundation of all he did. I will never go elsewhere for my appliance service needs in the future.
