I had a great experience with Reliable Electric! My husband and I just built a new house and we called Reliable to add some extra lighting inside our home. The scheduling process was easy and our technicians, Jamie and Paul, were great! They were so nice and very neat/skilled with the work they did for us! We are going to have Reliable come back out in about a month to do some outdoor up-lighting for our house. Reliable is always great and we will continue to use them! UPDATE!!! Reliable came back out to do landscape lighting/uplighting for us! Our technicians, Garrett and Brian, did a fantastic job and we absolutely love everything. We will continue to use Reliable for more projects in the future!

I thought I had given a 5+ star review. Darn phone didn’t have it all the way up when I used the QR code I don’t usually give 5 stars but I did today. In fact if I could give it a 5 star+ I would. I am. 5+ stars for Paul. My electricity went out yesterday during this heat wave. I was lucky enough to get an early morning appointment. Paul was here on time. Very courteous and professional. He assessed the situation and made quick work out of the issue. I was terrified it would take a long time. Not with Paul, he knew exactly what to do and told me what he was doing every step of the process. He even noticed another issue and took care of it so as I wouldn’t have to have another problem. He had everything right with him or in the truck. He was making sure everything looked good as well as worked correctly so that I wouldn’t get shocked or cause damage to anything. I will definitely use Reliable Electric again and more than likely will ask for Paul. He is definitely a very good representative for the company. His experience and expertise is very much appreciated. Thank you

Paul from Reliable came out on time as promised. My electric had gone out during this heat wave. He was polite, courteous and professional. He assessed the situation and fixed it immediately. Had everything he needed with him or in the truck. He even found something that might have been an issue later and fixed that swiftly and told me what he was doing the whole time. Awesome company… we have a major home remodel underway to make it ADA compliant. Paul Anthem is the professional working on the project. His ownership of the work is outstanding. He thinks ahead and shares possible options for me to consider. He suggested other work while the walls and ceilings were open, which led to me having good light in my closet for the first time since we’ve owned this home. He comes in to trouble shoot after hours (when he’s finished other jobs and not when he’s scheduled) just to make sure it’s all set up for success. He came in on a Saturday to ensure the next week’s work by other contractors wasn’t impeded by the electrical work. He’s hard working, communicates well, cleans up his work area so I don’t even know he was there, and provides wise counsel. I 100% recommend this company and Paul for all your needs.

Finding an electrician is challenging, so I researched all the nominees for Best of Dayton. Fortunately, after the research, I reached out to Reliable Electric. They scheduled a few quote, arrived as scheduled, and politely listened to the long list of work I needed. After accepting their quote, they promptly called to schedule the work (and got new scheduled a week earlier then they anticipated). Their team was amazing. They worked all week and handled everything, including scheduling the inspection and walking the inspector through the work. I wish they did other work (plumbing, construction) because I'd hire them to do absolutely anything. Very, very nice people and they did a wonderful job. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
