I’m just in the planning stage - working with Savanna. She is awesome!! I am so happy with the tiles/colors I’ve chosen! I sent her photos of bathrooms I liked and she had all kinds of ideas for me, made choosing so easy! Savanna was so patient with me ? and so knowledgeable. It has been a great experience so far. ♥️

We purchased glass wall tile, Autumn Morning, for the backsplash in our newly remodeled basement bar. As shown in the attached picture, the backing of the tile shows after grouting. I phoned the manager of the store and also spoke with the regional manager. While they felt bad about our predicament, they offered no solution to our problem except giving us a store credit for the cost of the tile. The finished product isn’t acceptable, but we are stuck as we spent $1,500 for the tile and $1,500 for installation. Removing the tile, repairing our newly hung and painted drywall, and starting over is cost prohibitive especially because we are not being reimbursed for the defective material or the labor to install. Please beware, The Tile Shop does not stand behind the quality of the product they sell. In fact, we were told the Autumn Morning sample at the store had the same defect as the tile we purchased, essentially telling us we should have noticed. We were in the store an hour when we finally found a tile that met our needs, at that point we surely didn’t think to check the display to ensure the tile wasn’t defective. Makes one wonder why they would display and sell defective tile, putting the onus on the customers to discover. We will never shop at The Tile Shop again, so the store credit offered will go unused and eventually will be added back to their bottom line. This is definitely a “buyer beware” operation.

My husband and I can't say enough about Kayleigh. She has been fabulous to work with. When asked, she has given me ideas and has continued to work with me throughout our home projects. Her expertise has been helpful in choosing our products and her knowledge is amazing. She has gone above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. We feel blessed that she has been the person to work with us.

Staff is friendly and helpful, without being overwhelming. Awesome selection with MANY installed displays. Great for seeing how all types of tile actually look installed.

Large variety of stock. Great examples and ideas for kitchen and bathroom tile. I have bought tile here a few times and the customer service is pretty good. They take returns for full boxes of unused tile. More expensive than other stores selling tile.
