Sales and installation were very professional. I had 2 large windows, and one standard size installed. I believe the large windows were mismeasured because the installation guys had to use 2x4s to shim both the top and bottom ( 4 inches ) and smaller shims on the sides ( 2 inches ) of both large windows. The third, more standard size fit the opening just fine, with normal shims. There was no brick or other obstruction to mandate smaller windows, and the rough opening was level and square. The installation director did not have an explanation, and the installation guys (very professional) did what they had to do, but they were candid. Expected better from a five figure installation. Also, there isn't a site to enter payment, so I got a random call from an unknown number saying I had to read my credit card over the phone RIGHT NOW. I genuinely thought Pella had been hacked and it was a phishing scam. I emailed the sales guy. Turns out, that's just how they roll. The installation director was not able to reassure me, no explanation. He did say they will help if there is a leak. Otherwise, seem to be pretty solid windows. I get that it is not feasible to remake larger windows, but I will see the shims in my mind's eye from here forward (and I did take pictures). YMMV

bought 5 pella 3x4 slider s at lowes installed perfectly level . When i went to open them noticed ALL HAD A GAP OF 1/4" /1/2" GAP WHEN CLOSED AND LOCKED !!!! Called customer services to find out THEY don., t CARE !! wanted to send a professional out for $160.00 also 1 of my older pella slider was frosted 1/3 across inside glass. Customer service REFUSED to accept PHOTO/VIDEO OF WINDOW WITHOUT $160.00 FEE !!! i WILL never BUY ANOTHER pella window again . There are BETTER other brands for much less money !!! AGAIN, customer service frankly did not C A R E !!!

My replacement windows are in for several months now and I couldn’t be more pleased. The sales consultant, Mike Steele, was exceptional and sold me what I needed and not what I originally thought I might need. He recommended keeping some of my original Architectural Series windows as they were still in great shape (32 years after install). The replacement install went great, including an oversized Palladian window surrounded by brick. The molding installer noticed a bad color match on an octagonal window and made arrangements to come back later with a better match, which he did. Everyone from Pella was respectful of my home and kept their work areas really clean. Everyone I dealt with was such a pro, I’m very happy I used this company and will return should I need any windows in the future.

We just had 17 windows replaced and couldn't be more pleased. From the salesman, David Shepard, to the installers, Tyler and Devin, everyone was very professional and kind. The installers arrived every morning as promised and worked very hard all day. Our old windows were about 38 yrs old and obviously not very efficient. There was an immediate noticeable difference in the temperature in the house. We were able to adjust our thermostat 2 degrees with our new windows even though the temperature outside had dropped to less than 10 degrees. We highly recommend Pella Windows in Centerville.
