Wonderful experience working with Rob! I had some minor concerns with the basement support posts in my new home and Rob definitely put my mind at ease. I had a phase 1 assessment and he took his time thoroughly explaining everything to me so I knew exactly what (and what not) to be concerned about. Would highly recommend him!! Thanks again Rob

I am so glad I called Rob before going through with a 20k foundation repair that his independent assessment revealed was not needed at this time. He was able to look at my areas of concern and talk me through his findings and why he disagreed with the need for the work they proposed at this time. We went through the entire house and outside and every other question I had was answered completely as well. Now I know exactly what my home needs, the order of importance and the person to call to address the issues. That is huge value at 365.00. Thanks, Rob!

Rob helped me decide whether or not to go through with buying an old 1906 house. He was very responsive in booking, and gave me a great email summary of what he does, what services he could provide for me, and what his pricing is. I can't forget to mention that he was incredibly responsive. Rob came out to our property within the week and was super friendly. We are young first home buyers and he looked out for us like we were his kids. During the structural inspection, his analysis of the home's construction from roof to foundation was thorough especially with all of the structure still covered by plaster. He was able to give us a good idea why the floors were sagging, inspected the foundation walls for potential failure points, and gave us recommendations for repair. In all, I highly recommend hiring Rob if you are looking to buy an old house and are in need of some piece-of-mind.

My experience working with Clayzen Consulting was excellent. I have a garage built with hand made rafters that were sagging. Rob created a design to fix the problems, and the town engineer immediately signed off on the design. When the town engineer looked at the site later with my contractor, he requested a few tweaks. I emailed Rob and quickly received an affirmative that the design would hold with the requested changes. My contractor was able to understand and implement Rob's design, and I'm so pleased with how it came out.
