He helped us figure out how to add a screen door with glass panels to the entrance. Returned a week later to review our decisions, designed our order and set the schedule to do the work. Gave us a price quote and stuck to it. The installers were on time, pleasant and did the project in one day as explained. The finished door and window look fantastic, functions well. The installation was great but after two years, the paint they applied to the door began chipping. John told me they have no way of performing an on-site repair so I'm on my own. Paint should not be chipping after 2 years. Update 2021-06-10: JFK only posted their response here. A phone call, in addition to a response here, would have been appropriate and I would have modified my review. They should have my contact information from their files. I only found their response today. I had already hired a painter who used Andersen spray paint to fix the issue. I wish this had worked out differently, but I'm simply not happy with the post-sales service I received.
